Terra, Herald of Hope Commander Deck
Terra, Herald of Hope mills cards from the top of the library each combat while gaining flying to connect with players, then pays a small tax to reanimate creatures with power 3 or less directly from the graveyard whenever she deals combat damage. The deck accelerates this self-mill engine with dedicated mill and discard effects to stock the graveyard quickly, then uses a suite of additional reanimation spells to cheat out high-impact creatures like Archon of Cruelty that would otherwise be out of Terra's direct recursion range. The win condition is overwhelming board presence through repeated reanimation loops, leveraging death and enters-the-battlefield triggers, sacrifice outlets, and haymaker threats that grind opponents out of resources and life.
