The deck's core gameplan is to equip Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar or another creature with flying and pump effects, then use Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder to grant double strike and lifelink, converting a single hit into massive damage spread to all opponents simultaneously through Kediss's damage-doubling trigger. A suite of one-shot pump spells, damage-doubling enchantments, and evasion equipment ensure the attacking creature connects with lethal or near-lethal force, while the lifelink gained fuels payoffs like Aetherflux Reservoir and life-scaling enchantments that reward the massive life totals generated. Sunforger acts as a reusable toolbox to fetch protective instants and combat tricks, keeping the key attacker alive long enough to close out the game in one or two swings.
