The Wise Mothman leads a synergistic strategy built around distributing rad counters to mill opponents while simultaneously growing your own creatures with +1/+1 counters through the commander's triggered ability. Multiple permanent sources force continuous milling, and effects that amplify counter placement — including doubling and proliferate effects — accelerate both the board presence and the milling pressure. The primary win condition is the Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank combo, which creates an infinite loop of milling and life loss once Bloodchief Ascension is fully charged, while backup plans include overwhelming opponents through massive counter-laden creatures with trample and combat damage.
