Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer makes face-down creatures cheap and turns each one that enters into a card, so the deck floods the board with morph, disguise, manifest and cloak creatures while refilling its hand. It then flips them face up for their triggered abilities, using those effects to control the table and grow a board of oversized threats. Experiment Twelve and Printlifter Ooze reward every flip, and the deck wins by turning the face-down army into a lethal attack. How it wins: Flip many face-down creatures to grow them with counters and Ooze tokens, then connect with an overwhelming attack, pushed over the top by Overwhelming Stampede. Key roles: - Face-down enablers: put many face-down creatures onto the battlefield each turn, such as Whisperwood Elemental and Scroll of Fate - Flip payoffs: reward each creature turned face up with draws, counters, tokens or extra triggers, such as Secret Plans and Experiment Twelve - Cost reducers: let the deck cast several morph creatures in one turn, such as Panoptic Projektor and Overgrown Zealot - Unmorph control effects: use flip triggers to remove blockers, counter spells or steal permanents, such as Skinthinner and Willbender - Land and card engines: turn face-down entries into lands and cards, such as Trail of Mystery and They Came from the Pipes
