This deck turns Rendmaw into a symmetrical token engine. It is stacked with multi-type cards (artifact creatures, enchantment creatures, kindred spells, artifact lands, and Biotransference turning every creature card into an artifact creature), so nearly every card played makes each player a goaded 2/2 flying Bird. The opponents' Birds are forced to attack each other while the deck's own Birds, pumped by Bird-type lords and +1/+1 counter effects, outgrow the shrinking effects that kill everyone else's. Every Bird entering, dying or being sacrificed becomes life loss through aristocrat drain pieces, token-killing sweeps and a loop of sacrificing and recurring cheap artifacts. How it wins: It floods the table with goaded Birds that chip at opponents and each other, then drains everyone out through stacked death and enter triggers, with sweeps like Virulent Plague or Massacre Wurm turning the opposing Bird boards into a burst of life loss while its own buffed Birds survive to keep attacking. Key roles: - Multi-type triggers: Cheap artifact creatures, enchantment creatures, kindred spells and artifact lands each trigger Rendmaw on cast or land drop, and Biotransference makes every creature card count, so Bird production scales with ordinary play (Biotransference, Darkmoss Bridge, Ornithopter). - Cost cheating: Discounts on artifacts let several cheap multi-type cards come down in one turn for repeated Rendmaw triggers, while mana creatures and rocks accelerate into the five-drop commander (Foundry Inspector, Semblance Anvil, Sol Ring). - Drain payoffs: Effects that punish creatures dying or entering under opponents' control, or that reward creating and sacrificing tokens, turn each wave of Birds into incremental life loss across the table (Blood Artist, Syr Konrad, the Grim, Mirkwood Bats). - Bird buffs: Naming Bird for type-based lords and counter effects, plus blanket +1/+1 counters on entering creatures, make the deck's own Birds bigger than the opponents' copies so they survive token-shrinking sweeps and win combat against goaded attackers (Metallic Mimic, Adaptive Automaton, Renata, Called to the Hunt). - Bird sweepers: Token-shrinking and minus-toughness effects wipe out the opponents' goaded Birds at once, firing all the death drain together and leaving their boards empty while the buffed Birds stay (Virulent Plague, Massacre Wurm, Poison-Tip Archer). - Sacrifice and artifact recursion: Free sacrifice outlets and card-draw sacrifices feed on the deck's own Birds and small artifact creatures, whose death triggers return other artifacts to hand to recast for more Rendmaw triggers and more drain (Ashnod's Altar, Scrap Trawler, Skullclamp).
