Vivi Ornitier Commander Deck

Vivi Ornitier is the engine of the deck, growing in power each time a noncreature spell is cast while simultaneously pinging opponents, and then tapping to convert that growing power into a burst of blue and red mana to fuel the next wave of spells. The deck layers magecraft and spell-trigger payoffs across multiple permanents to multiply damage and draw from every instant and sorcery cast, building toward a critical mass of spells in a single turn. The primary win conditions are an Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal loop for infinite mana and storm, an Underworld Breach and Brain Freeze loop for near-infinite magecraft triggers, or simply overwhelming opponents with accumulating damage from repeated spell-casting chains.
