Sephiroth zombles
Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel Commander Deck
Mono-black aristocrats built around Sephiroth: it feeds a steady stream of small and recursive creatures, especially Zombies, into free sacrifice outlets. Each death drains opponents through Sephiroth's own trigger and a wide set of drain payoffs. Four deaths in one turn transform Sephiroth into the flying One-Winged Angel and grant a permanent emblem that drains on every creature death. From then on, Sephiroth's attack trigger turns mass sacrifices into a full hand of cards. How it wins: Opponents are drained out one point at a time by stacked death triggers, Sephiroth's ability, the emblem and the drain creatures, multiplied by mass sacrifice turns and finished with burst drains like the devotion-based drain. Key roles: - Free sacrifice outlets: These let creatures die on demand at no mana cost, so it is easy to hit four deaths in one turn and flip Sephiroth, and some refund mana to keep chaining. (Ashnod's Altar, Viscera Seer, Warren Soultrader) - Death drain payoffs: Each one stacks another drain or life swing on every creature death alongside Sephiroth, and the equipment makes Sephiroth's and the emblem's death triggers fire twice. (Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, The Masamune) - Zombie token engine: Zombie producers and Zombie-matters cards supply sacrifice fodder, replace dead Zombies with fresh bodies, and turn their deaths into cards or extra drain. (Grave Titan, Headless Rider, Undead Augur) - Recursive fodder and reanimation: Creatures that return from the graveyard, plus effects that bring back key bodies, keep the sacrifice chain fueled and rebuild the board after wipes. (Gravecrawler, Reassembling Skeleton, Zul Ashur, Lich Lord) - Death-fueled card and mana advantage: Deaths are converted into cards and Treasure so the deck keeps refilling its hand and paying for more bodies. (Skullclamp, Pitiless Plunderer, Midnight Reaper) - Edict and sweeper pressure: Symmetric sacrifice effects and a scaling wipe trade the deck's cheap tokens for opponents' real threats, and every creature that dies, on either side, still triggers Sephiroth. (Fleshbag Marauder, Mutilate, Winter, Tormented Loner)
