The deck exploits death triggers through cards like Diregraf Captain, Plague Belcher, and Zulaport Cutthroat to drain opponents whenever Zombies die, while sacrifice outlets and mass reanimation spells like Rooftop Storm and Living Death ensure the board state keeps rebuilding. The primary win condition is bleeding opponents out through repeated drain effects, with Bolas's Citadel offering an alternate line by chaining spells off the top of the library at the cost of life.
