Millicent, Restless Revenant leads a Spirit tribal army that snowballs through token generation, as every nontoken Spirit that deals combat damage or dies produces a 1/1 flying Spirit token, rapidly flooding the board with evasive threats. The deck uses multiple lords and anthem effects to pump the growing Spirit swarm, while flash enablers allow Spirits to enter at instant speed to maximize death and combat triggers. The deck wins through overwhelming aerial combat damage, protected by a suite of counterspells, tax effects that discourage attacks, and hexproof and indestructible effects that keep the Spirit army intact.
