The deck floods the hand with instants and sorceries through aggressive draw and looting effects, then leverages cost-reduction permanents and spell-copy effects like Pyromancer's Goggles and Sunbird's Invocation to generate massive value and board presence through token creation and damage. The primary win conditions are overwhelming the board with spells like Insurrection or Explosive Singularity cast cheaply via miracle, while token producers and combat payoffs close out the game.
