Indominus Rex, Alpha Commander Deck
Indominus Rex, Alpha is the centerpiece of this deck, which works by discarding creature cards with desirable keywords into its enters-the-battlefield trigger to load it with counters — ideally stacking flying, deathtouch, hexproof, indestructible, double strike, and haste simultaneously — then drawing a massive number of cards equal to those counters. The deck fills its hand and graveyard with keyword-rich creatures to fuel Indominus Rex's entry, then uses reanimation spells and tutors like Buried Alive to repeatedly set up and recur the commander or other powerful threats. With enough keywords stacked, Indominus Rex becomes a nearly unkillable, evasive, one-shot threat that closes out games through overwhelming combat damage.
