This is an Elf and Faerie tribal deck built around Maralen's theft engine. Every Elf or Faerie entering exiles two cards from an opponent's library, and once per turn Maralen lets the deck cast one of those cards for free if its mana value is at most the number of Elves and Faeries in play. That makes widening the board doubly valuable: token makers, kindred copy effects and ETB doubling feed more exiled cards, while a larger tribe count unlocks bigger free spells. A heavy flash suite, plus "cast spells during an opponent's turn" payoffs, lets the deck play on other players' turns, where faeries counter spells, drain life and draw cards. How it wins: An evasive army of flying Faeries, pumped by lords, chips opponents down while stacked drain triggers from Faeries entering and spells cast on opponents' turns finish them, with Lathril's ten-Elf activation and Notorious Throng's extra turn as burst finishers. Key roles: - Tribal bodies and token makers: Upkeep token generators and mass token spells fill the board with Elves and Faeries. Each one triggers Maralen's exile and raises the mana value cap on her free cast. (Bitterblossom, Bitterbloom Bearer, Shadow Puppeteers) - Trigger and spell multipliers: Copying every Faerie spell and doubling ETB triggers turns one creature into several Maralen exiles and repeated enter-the-battlefield effects. (Archmage of Echoes, Reflections of Littjara, Panharmonicon) - Flash and instant-speed tempo: Effects that grant flash to everything, plus flash Faeries and counterspells, let the deck hold up interaction and deploy creatures on opponents' turns. (High Fae Trickster, Leyline of Anticipation, Spellstutter Sprite) - Opponent's-turn payoffs: Casting spells during other players' turns makes Faeries, drains life, draws cards and shrinks creatures, rewarding the flash plan. (Faerie Tauntings, Alela, Cunning Conqueror, Voracious Tome-Skimmer) - Library theft beyond Maralen: Extra effects exile opponents' cards and cast them free or turn them into tokens, layering on Maralen's plan. (Dream Harvest, Oona, Queen of the Fae, Faerie Artisans) - Lords and drain finishers: Anthems grow the flying swarm while enter and death drains, the ten-Elf activation and an extra-turn prowl spell close games. (Glen Elendra Liege, Obyra, Dreaming Duelist, Lathril, Blade of the Elves)
