The deck protects Kaalia with haste enablers and hexproof equipment so she can attack reliably, while the creature suite applies immediate pressure through life drain, hand disruption, opponent mill, and board punishment. The primary win conditions are an infinite combat loop using Aurelia, the Warleader equipped with Helm of the Host, and a game-ending lock using Hellkite Tyrant with Mycosynth Lattice to steal all permanents, with Worldslayer available as a reset button that leaves Avacyn, Angel of Hope's indestructible board standing alone.
