Arahbo, the First Fang Commander Deck

by Catstronaut69 cards

Arahbo, the First Fang leads a Selesnya Cat tribal aggro deck. Each nontoken Cat that enters brings a 1/1 Cat token, and stacked lords (Arahbo, Kaheera, Feline Sovereign, Regal Caracal) make the whole board, tokens included, far bigger than its printed stats. The deck converts that pumped, wide board into combat damage, then turns the gap between current and base power into extra cards, +1/+1 counters and greatest-power payoffs. How it wins: It swarms opponents with anthem-boosted Cats and attack-trigger tokens, using evasion, equipment and team pumps to push lethal combat damage, with Felidar Sovereign's lifegain win and lifelink as a backup route. Key roles: - Cat token generation: Arahbo, the First Fang turns every nontoken Cat into two bodies, while attack- and ETB-trigger Cats add more tokens that all benefit from the lords (Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Leonin Warleader, Regal Caracal). - Anthem stacking: Multiple lords overlap so even 1/1 tokens hit hard, and some also grant vigilance, lifelink or artifact and enchantment removal on combat damage (Kaheera, the Orphanguard, Feline Sovereign, Regal Caracal). - Pumped-power payoffs: Creatures boosted above base power draw cards or snowball with counters, and greatest-power effects scale with the biggest Cat for card draw, ramp and cost reduction (Sovereign Okinec Ahau, Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, The Great Henge). - Tribal card flow: Creature-matters engines keep Cats flowing off the top of the library, often for free, and combat damage refills the hand (Descendants' Path, Elven Chorus, Keeper of Fables). - Combat equipment and lifelink: Equipment adds evasion, damage, protection and card advantage to a key attacker, and lifelink sources push life toward Felidar Sovereign's 40-life threshold (Buster Sword, Shadowspear, Felidar Sovereign). - Board control and lockout: Cheap removal and asymmetric sweepers clear blockers, and Kutzil stops opponents from casting spells on the deck's turn so attacks resolve cleanly (Swords to Plowshares, Austere Command, Divine Reckoning).
