This Atraxa, Praetors' Voice deck is built around planeswalkers and proliferate, using Atraxa's end-step proliferate trigger alongside enchantments, creatures, and spells that further spread counters to rapidly ultimate planeswalkers and generate overwhelming value. The deck amasses a critical density of planeswalkers, protecting them with taxing effects and counterspells while proliferating their loyalty counters to access game-ending ultimates from cards like Liliana, Dreadhorde General and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. The primary win condition is an infinite turns lock assembled through Teferi, Master of Time combined with Ichormoon Gauntlet and either The Chain Veil or Oath of Teferi, which together allow Teferi to ultimate repeatedly and deny opponents any further turns. There's a minor theme of counters with +1/+1 counters and poison counters.
