The deck revolves around Rocco, Street Chef's engine of exiling cards each end step and rewarding players who cast or play lands from exile with +1/+1 counters and Food tokens, while Michelangelo, Weirdness to 11 amplifies every counter placement by adding one extra, causing creatures to grow far faster than normal. The deck floods the board with creatures that naturally accumulate counters through entering the battlefield, attacking, or being activated, then uses anthems, double strike enablers like Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder, and haste effects to convert that overwhelming size into lethal combat damage. Food tokens generated along the way provide incidental life gain and fuel for additional activations, while the exile-play engine doubles as card advantage to keep the hand stocked and threats flowing.
