Kraum, Ludevic's Opus & Tymna the Weaver Commander Deck
Kraum and Tymna is a cEDH turbo/midrange shell that uses fast mana, tutors and cheap interaction to assemble a compact combo, while its commanders and a suite of opponent-punishing draw and treasure engines grind card advantage until the kill is safe. Kraum draws off opponents' second spell each turn, and Tymna converts combat damage from small evasive or hasty creatures into extra cards. Free counterspells and spell-locking creatures protect the win turn. How it wins: The deck tutors into Thassa's Oracle with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to empty the library and win, or chains Underworld Breach with Lotus Petal and Brain Freeze to storm-mill opponents out, with Ad Nauseam, rituals and Lion's Eye Diamond fueling explosive combo turns. Key roles: - Oracle and Breach combo kill: Two-card exile-library wins and a graveyard loop that escapes Brain Freeze and a free mana rock repeatedly to mill every opponent (Thassa's Oracle, Demonic Consultation, Underworld Breach). - Tutor density: A wide range of tutors finds whichever combo piece or protection is missing, often at instant speed or for one mana (Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Mystical Tutor). - Fast mana and storm fuel: Moxen, rituals and burst mana enable early commanders, turn-one engines and big combo turns, including the Ad Nauseam all-in (Mana Vault, Dark Ritual, Lion's Eye Diamond). - Tax-on-opponents draw and treasure engines: Like Kraum, these pieces punish opponents for casting spells or drawing extra cards, turning the table's activity into cards and treasures (Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, Smothering Tithe). - Combat card advantage: Cheap creatures connect so Tymna draws more and treasures accrue, with Bowmasters pinging off opponents' extra draws (Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Professional Face-Breaker, Orcish Bowmasters). - Free interaction and win-turn locks: Commander-enabled and pitch counters stop opposing combos, while silence effects and anti-counter creatures clear the path for the combo turn (Fierce Guardianship, Force of Will, Grand Abolisher).
