High Perfect Morcant Commander Deck
High Perfect Morcant leads an Elf tribal strategy centered on flooding the board with Elves to continuously place -1/-1 counters on opponents' creatures through his enters-the-battlefield trigger, then using his proliferate ability to multiply those counters and grind opposing boards into dust. The deck wins primarily through two combo lines: Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons or Flourishing Defenses pair with Blowfly Infestation to create infinite death and enters-the-battlefield triggers whenever a creature dies to a -1/-1 counter, generating unbounded value or token production. Morcant himself forms a near-infinite engine with Flourishing Defenses, where each new Elf token entry triggers another blight, spawning another token and cascading into a board-sweeping loop that can reduce all opposing creatures to zero toughness.
