Mairsil, the Pretender is the centerpiece of this deck, accumulating activated abilities from exiled artifact and creature cards to become an incredibly versatile threat. The deck uses discard outlets, tutors like Entomb and Buried Alive, and self-mill effects to rapidly stock the graveyard with high-value targets to exile under Mairsil, granting abilities like unlimited hand size, mass card draw, creature destruction, and opponent life total manipulation. The primary win condition involves combining Eater of the Dead's zero-cost untap ability with Mairsil to generate infinite activations each turn, enabling payoffs like infinite damage through Walking Ballista or draining opponents through Tree of Perdition's life total exchange.
