Teval, the Balanced Scale drives a self-mill and graveyard value engine, attacking repeatedly to fill both players' graveyards while returning lands to the battlefield and generating a steady stream of Zombie tokens whenever cards leave your graveyard. The deck amplifies this strategy with a suite of draw-triggered mill enchantments and attacking creatures that force opponents to mill massive portions of their libraries, building toward win conditions like Traumatize or Maddening Cacophony paired with Fraying Sanity to finish opponents through library depletion. A deep graveyard also fuels a reanimation package and scaling threats like Consuming Aberration and Lord of Extinction, ensuring the deck wins through combat pressure if the mill plan falls short.
