Vivi Ornitier Commander Deck

Vivi Ornitier is the engine of this deck, growing larger with each noncreature spell cast while simultaneously pinging all opponents, and then converting that increased power into a burst of blue and red mana to fuel even more spells. The deck amplifies this gameplan by copying the ping creatures, with the ideal target being Vivi himself, so that multiple instances of the triggered damage stack up with every noncreature spell cast. The win condition is to assemble enough of these damage-on-cast triggers through duplication effects that a steady stream of spells drains all opponents simultaneously.
