The deck revolves around Norman Osborn transforming into Green Goblin to enable a discard-fueled graveyard engine, where discarding cards throughout the turn unlocks the mayhem mechanic to recast spells from the graveyard at reduced cost, generating card advantage and repeated spell effects. A suite of looting, wheel, and rummaging effects keeps cards flowing through the hand and into the graveyard, while payoffs for discarding and casting from the graveyard pile on damage, card draw, and board presence. The primary win conditions are infinite discard loops using Magmakin Artillerist paired with either Curiosity or Tandem Lookout, which chain together to deal near-infinite damage to all opponents through repeated discard triggers.
