The deck builds around Juri, Master of the Revue, sacrificing permanents repeatedly to stack +1/+1 counters on him, then using his death trigger to deal massive damage to any target, often killing opponents or threatening lethal in a single shot. The deck supports this loop with recursion effects that return Juri to the battlefield after he dies, sacrifice outlets ranging from lands to creatures, and payoff cards like Mayhem Devil and Zulaport Cutthroat that drain life whenever permanents leave play.
