Lagrella, the Magpie leads a flicker and blink strategy that repeatedly exiles and returns creatures to generate value, with any creatures returned to your control gaining +1/+1 counters as a bonus. The deck assembles its engine through a toolbox of enter-the-battlefield creatures, tutors, and interaction, backed by countermagic and removal to protect key pieces. The primary win conditions involve infinite blink loops, most notably through Felidar Guardian combined with Restoration Angel or Ephemerate and Preston, the Vanisher, as well as Peregrine Drake paired with Deadeye Navigator to generate infinite mana and ETB triggers.
