Sisay, Weatherlight Captain Commander Deck

The deck revolves around building up Sisay's power by assembling a collection of multicolored legendary permanents, each additional legend making her activation cheaper in terms of the power threshold needed to fetch the next one. Once Sisay reaches sufficient power, typically four or five, her activated ability creates a tutor chain where each legendary permanent fetched can increase her power further, enabling her to search out increasingly expensive legends in sequence. The win condition is usually a legendary permanent or combination of legendary permanents that generates an overwhelming board state or infinite loop, assembled piece by piece through repeated Sisay activations each turn.
