Sovereign Okinec Ahau leads a +1/+1 counter-stacking strategy that exploits the gap between a creature's current power and its base power, rapidly piling counters onto the entire board whenever it attacks. The deck floods the field with creatures that enter with or generate counters, uses effects that double power and toughness or spread counters across all permanents to widen that gap as much as possible, and grants the team trample through multiple redundant sources so the growing threats punch through for lethal damage. Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar locks out opponent interaction during your turn and rewards the swarm of boosted attackers with card draw, while Unnatural Growth doubles the team's stats each combat to accelerate the counter accumulation and make combat damage overwhelming.
