Nelly Borca turns political chaos into card advantage by attacking each combat to suspect and goad enemy creatures, forcing opponents to attack each other rather than you. The deck leverages this mandatory aggression between opponents to trigger Nelly's second ability repeatedly, drawing cards whenever goaded or suspected creatures deal combat damage to your opponents. Supporting this gameplan are effects that protect Nelly to ensure she attacks consistently, cards that reward or manipulate combat between opponents, and additional goad and suspect effects that keep the battlefield in a constant state of forced conflict.
