Powerbalance is the centerpiece: whenever an opponent casts a spell, the deck reveals its top card and casts it free if the mana values match. A large instant-speed top-of-library package (Brainstorm effects, Scroll Rack, Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstone, scry-style manipulation, and look-at-top effects like Lens of Clarity and Crystal Skull) stacks the right card on top in response to an opponent's spell, so each free match counts as a cast from somewhere other than hand. Rashmi and Ragavan adds a free Treasure and a stolen card from an opponent's library on the first spell each turn. Artifact count lets those exiled spells be cast free, and payoffs that reward non-hand casts turn the whole stream into damage that drains the table. How it wins: Repeated non-hand casts from Powerbalance, the commander and library-play engines fuel damage engines like Nico Minoru, Unstable Amulet, Keeper of Secrets and Flaming Tyrannosaurus, while a wide artifact board powers finishers such as Feedback Bolt, Fathom Fleet Swordjack and Broodstar, with Insurrection as a mana-flush finisher. Key roles: - Powerbalance matching: Instant-speed top manipulation in response to opponents' spells sets up a card with the same mana value, turning opponents' turns into free spells for the deck. Gustha Ebbasdotter refills Brainstorm-style digging during opponents' turns, and flash enablers let more of the hand and board act off-turn. (Powerbalance; Scroll Rack; Brainstorm) - Library stacking and reading: Top, Brainstone, Brainstorm variants, repeatable scry effects and look-at-top statics arrange and reveal the top cards, so Powerbalance, discover, library-casting and the cascade-like Sunbird's Invocation hit the right spells. Tutors that put cards on top or in hand feed the same plan. (Sensei's Divining Top; Long-Term Plans; Lens of Clarity) - Cast-from-elsewhere payoffs: Every spell cast through Powerbalance, off an opponent's library, from the top of the deck, by discover or from other exile effects pings opponents, grows threats, makes Food or gets copied. (Nico Minoru, Runaway; Keeper of Secrets; Spider-Verse) - Playing off the top: Static and activated effects cast spells straight from the library or from exile, multiplying non-hand casts alongside Rashmi and Ragavan's stolen cards. (Mystic Forge; Fortune Teller's Talent; Chimil, the Inner Sun) - Artifact and token count: Treasures from Rashmi and Ragavan, Academy Manufactor's extra tokens, Myr makers and token doublers raise the artifact total. That raises the mana value Rashmi and Ragavan can cast for free and scales finishers such as Feedback Bolt, Fathom Fleet Swordjack and Broodstar. (Academy Manufactor; Adrix and Nev, Twincasters; Myr Battlesphere) - Mana banking and multiplication: Mana doublers and effects that keep unspent mana, plus Treasure upgrades, build big mana pools for flash-speed plays and top manipulation on opponents' turns. Alchemist's Talent turns Treasure-paid spells into burn. (Nyxbloom Ancient; Vedalken Orrery; Electro, Assaulting Battery)
