The Council of Four Commander Deck

The Council of Four rewards a group hug and card-draw-matters gameplan by incentivizing opponents to draw and cast spells freely, which floods the controller with extra cards and generates a steady stream of 2/2 Knight tokens. The deck uses mass card draw effects like wheel spells, additional draw enchantments, and Smothering Tithe to profit from the chaos while taxing attacks through Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, and similar deterrents that keep the Knight army safe to grow. Once a board of tokens is established, Moonshaker Cavalry can close the game with a single alpha strike, or the deck can steal victory outright by leveraging control magic effects to take opponents' best threats.
