The deck wins by poisoning opponents to 10 poison counters through infect creatures and toxic effects, then using Atraxa, Praetors' Voice's end-step proliferate trigger to stack those counters rapidly without needing to keep attacking. Cards like Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus and Throne of Geth amplify the proliferate engine, while Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon and Inkmoth Nexus serve as evasive finishers that can threaten a lethal poison count on their own. Sweepers and targeted removal protect the strategy while it assembles enough infect threats to close out multiple opponents simultaneously.
