Witherbloom, the Balancer uses its affinity ability to become a cheap, efficient threat while simultaneously reducing the cost of instants and sorceries based on creature count, rewarding a wide board of tokens and mana creatures with access to powerful spells like Torment of Hailfire and Verdant Rejuvenation at steep discounts. The deck floods the board through landfall triggers, token doublers like Doubling Season, and recursive creature loops, then leverages that army to cast X-spells for massive effect or swing for lethal with Craterhoof Behemoth. Life manipulation through Pest tokens, life gain payoffs, and recursive graveyard tools like Moseo, Vein's New Dean keep the engine churning while the growing creature count makes every spell cheaper and more impactful.
