High Perfect Morcant Commander Deck

High Perfect Morcant leads an Elf tribal deck that floods the board with Elves to continuously blight opposing creatures with -1/-1 counters, then uses the commander's tap ability to proliferate those counters across the battlefield. The deck leverages Flourishing Defenses to convert each -1/-1 counter placed on an opponent's creature into an Elf token, which in turn triggers more blighting and more proliferate activations, creating a self-reinforcing loop that can reduce entire enemy boards to zero toughness. The primary win conditions are the near-infinite engine of High Perfect Morcant paired with Flourishing Defenses, the infinite token and death trigger loop enabled by Blowfly Infestation alongside Flourishing Defenses, and a massive mana outlet through Haldir, Lórien Lieutenant and Devoted Druid that can fuel overwhelming board-wide pump effects.
