The deck revolves around The Third Doctor and Dan Lewis, using Dan Lewis's ability to turn Clue, Food, and Treasure tokens into Equipments that pump creatures, while The Third Doctor grows enormous from the sheer volume of noncreature tokens the deck generates. The strategy stacks multiple token-doubling effects to explosively multiply artifact tokens across every turn, fueling card draw through Clues, mana through Treasures, and a massive board presence that can be converted into lethal damage via a pumped, trampling commander. The primary win condition is assembling Mechanized Production enchanting a Mutagen token produced by Mutagen Man, Living Ooze, then copying it each upkeep until eight identical artifacts trigger an automatic game win.
