Kilo, Apogee Mind Commander Deck

Kilo, Apogee Mind sits at the center of a proliferate-engine deck that leverages his tap-to-proliferate trigger by equipping him with untap effects and enchantments like Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura, generating repeated proliferate activations to stack poison counters, charge counters, and other resources across the board. The deck accelerates this engine through a dense artifact shell that reduces costs, draws cards on artifact casts, and provides additional proliferate triggers from combat damage, noncreature spells, and entering artifacts. The primary win condition is an infinite-turns lock using Magistrate's Scepter, which the deck reaches by rapidly loading it with charge counters through Kilo's repeated proliferation, with Inspirit, Flagship Vessel and Clock of Omens serving as redundant enablers to untap and recharge the Scepter for free turns — while a parallel infect and toxic plan can close out opponents who stabilize against the lock.
