Lorehold, the Historian enables a miracle-focused spellslinger strategy by granting all instants and sorceries in hand the miracle cost of 2 generic mana, while also cycling through cards during opponents' upkeeps to fish for free casts. The deck floods the board with damage triggers and token generators that reward each spell cast, using enchantments and creatures like Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Rite of the Dragoncaller to convert every instant and sorcery into chip damage or an army of tokens. The late-game win comes from casting massive haymakers like Searing Wind, Soulfire Eruption, and Apex of Power at reduced cost through miracle or via recast engines like Velomachus Lorehold, snowballing incremental damage and board presence into an overwhelming finish.
