The deck mills its own library aggressively to fill the graveyard with permanent cards, powering up Exdeath to transform into Neo Exdeath, a trampling threat whose power scales with the number of permanents in the graveyard. Once the graveyard is stocked, the deck leverages graveyard-scaling creatures and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, who sacrifices a massive Lord of Extinction or similar threat to drain each opponent for lethal life loss. Syr Konrad, the Grim provides a secondary win condition by pinging opponents every time creature cards cycle through graveyards, synergizing tightly with the constant milling and reanimation loops that define the deck's engine.
