The deck revolves around Black Waltz No. 3's triggered ability, dealing 2 damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, turning a high volume of cheap instants, artifacts, and cantrips into a steady stream of burn damage. Redundant pingers like Guttersnipe, Firebrand Archer, and Thermo-Alchemist amplify this effect, doubling or tripling the punishment each time a spell resolves. The gameplan is to flood the stack with low-cost spells, many of which replace themselves through card draw, generating enough incremental damage to kill all opponents simultaneously.
