The deck builds around Inspirit, Flagship Vessel, using creatures to load charge counters onto it through its Station ability until it becomes an indestructible, flying artifact creature that shields your entire board with hexproof and indestructibility. While developing this engine, the deck rapidly proliferates counters across all permanents using a dense network of artifacts that trigger proliferate on entry, attacks, and spell casts, accelerating both the commander's threshold and the charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter toward its infinite extra turns combo. The primary win conditions involve Magistrate's Scepter reaching its charge threshold repeatedly through proliferation and cards like Coretapper, locking opponents out of the game with infinite turns while a fully activated Inspirit protects the artifact assembly from interaction.
