Sauron, the Dark Lord sits at the center of a strategy that rapidly grows a massive Orc Army token by punishing opponents for casting spells, then swings that Army into players to repeatedly trigger the Ring's temptation and refill hand with four cards each time. The deck accelerates this engine through discard synergies, graveyard recursion, and reanimation, using enablers like Buried Alive to stock the graveyard and then returning powerful threats through Animate Dead and similar effects, while Teferi's Ageless Insight doubles the card draw from Ring temptation triggers. The win condition is overwhelming opponents through a combination of an ever-growing indestructible Army, hand-refueling value that outpaces the table, and reanimated haymakers closing out the game.
