Rocco, Street Chef drives an engine built around playing cards from exile, triggering his ability repeatedly to accumulate +1/+1 counters and Food tokens whenever players cast spells or play lands from exile. The Food tokens are amplified by token-doubling and multiplication effects, with Academy Manufactor converting each Food creation into a Clue, Food, and Treasure simultaneously, generating explosive amounts of mana, card advantage, and resources. The deck leverages the growing board of countered-up creatures and artifact tokens to overwhelm opponents through combat with Anim Pakal generating attacking Gnome tokens scaled to counters, while the Food and Treasure surplus fuels convoke and improvise effects to cast increasingly large spells from exile.
