Ashling, Rekindled is a spellslinger deck that leverages the commander's ability to flip between two modes — one that filters cards and one that generates colored mana for expensive spells — to fuel a relentless stream of instants and sorceries. The deck leans heavily on magecraft triggers, flashback and recursion effects, and card advantage engines to chain spells together while building toward its win conditions. Victory comes through infinite magecraft triggers via Alania, Divergent Storm, overwhelming damage from Terror of the Peaks paired with a kicked Rite of Replication, or an explosive token and ETB engine enabled by Astral Dragon and Machine God's Effigy.
