A Rakdos aristocrats deck that pairs Mogis's upkeep tax (each opponent takes 2 damage or sacrifices a creature) with a steady stream of recursive and token creatures fed into sac outlets. Every death drains opponents through damage pings, forced edicts and card draw. Damage amplifiers multiply Mogis's 2 damage and every 1-point ping into lethal chunks, while recursion keeps the fodder coming back. How it wins: Repeated sacrifice pings, amplified noncombat damage from Mogis and burn, and the Goblin Bombardment loops with Pitiless Plunderer plus Forsaken Miner or Bloodsoaked Champion and Open the Graves grind opponents out or finish them in one turn. Key roles: - Sacrifice outlets and death payoffs: These turn each creature sacrifice into damage, cards, mana or opponent edicts, punishing anyone who sacrifices to dodge Mogis's tax (Goblin Bombardment, Mayhem Devil, Dictate of Erebos) - Recursive and token fodder: These creatures return from the graveyard or leave tokens behind, so the deck never runs out of bodies to sacrifice (Bloodghast, Forsaken Miner, Open the Graves) - Treasure loop combo: A free sac outlet plus a creature that comes back cheaply and makes Treasure each time it dies gives infinite deaths and damage (Pitiless Plunderer, Forsaken Miner, Bloodsoaked Champion) - Damage amplification: These double or triple noncombat damage, so Mogis's upkeep trigger, Descent into Avernus and every ping become far more lethal (Fiery Emancipation, Solphim, Mayhem Dominus) - Punisher pressure: These force opponents to choose between losing life, sacrificing permanents or giving up cards, mirroring Mogis's own tax (Rakdos, Patron of Chaos, Indulgent Tormentor, Risk Factor) - Raid attackers and reanimation: Cheap attackers and haste tokens enable raid triggers and mass reanimation, rebuilding the board after sacrifices (Alesha, Who Laughs at Fate, Victimize, Urabrask's Forge)
