Yennett attacks every turn with evasion. Each attack either casts the top card of the library for free when its mana value is odd, or draws a card. To make that work, the deck is stacked with odd-cost cards, including expensive bombs like Approach of the Second Sun, Void Winnower and Profane Transfusion. Top-of-library manipulation sets up those reveals. Alongside this runs a chaotic "steal and cast other people's things" package: flying attackers and odd effects cast spells from opponents' libraries and hands, swap control of permanents, and redirect targets. How it wins: It flips huge odd-cost threats and Approach of the Second Sun for free off Yennett's attacks, then closes with evasive fliers or a second Approach, which the first one conveniently placed seventh from the top. Key roles: - Odd-cost payload: Expensive odd-cost bombs and game-enders that Yennett casts for free, turning each attack into a massive tempo swing. (Approach of the Second Sun, Void Winnower, Profane Transfusion) - Library stacking: Cards that look at, reorder or put cards back on top so Yennett's reveal hits an odd bomb, or sets up the second Approach. (Sensei's Divining Top, Soothsaying, Aminatou, the Fateshifter) - Free-cast value from odd sources: Cascade and other off-hand casting effects add free spells. Vega, the Watcher draws a card for each spell cast from outside the hand, including Yennett's free casts. (Enigma Sphinx, Vega, the Watcher, Marvo, Deep Operative) - Spell theft on hit: Evasive creatures and artifacts that exile and cast opponents' cards, punishing the table with their own spells. (Dazzling Sphinx, Thief of Sanity, Chaos Wand) - Chaos and control swapping: Effects that exchange permanents, redirect targets or rewrite turn structure. They keep opponents off balance while the free-cast engine runs. (Perplexing Chimera, Inniaz, the Gale Force, Fractured Identity) - Removal and lockdown: Cheap exile, odd/even sweepers and stax-like restrictions clear blockers and protect the attacking Sphinx. (Swords to Plowshares, Extinction Event, Fatespinner)
