This is an Otrimi mutate deck. Cheap evasive or hexproof non-Human creatures serve as bases, and mutate creatures stack onto them into one huge trampling threat. Every mutation fires the whole stack's "whenever this creature mutates" triggers, so each new layer adds removal, card draw, discard, drain, ramp or extra bodies. Otrimi's combat-damage trigger, along with other graveyard recursion, returns mutate cards to hand to replay, and cost reduction, flash and draw-on-cast effects keep the stream of creature spells going. How it wins: It grows a single mutated creature with trample, evasion and stacked mutate triggers, connects repeatedly for commander-sized damage while draining, sweeping blockers and refilling, and backs it up with incidental damage from cards like Giggling Skitterspike and Insatiable Hemophage. Key roles: - Mutate bases: Small hexproof, evasive or indestructible non-Human creatures are safe targets for mutate spells, so a stack can't be blown out in response, and evasion lets the pile connect.
