Hraesvelgr of the First Brood leads a tempo and card advantage strategy that leverages its triggered ability to make a single creature unblockable each time a noncreature spell is cast, turning the deck's dense suite of cantrips and cheap interaction into a reliable source of evasion. The deck stacks auras and equipment that grow the power of a single creature, particularly legendary-land-matters weapons like Strata Scythe and Blackblade Reforged, while slowing opponents down through stax effects like Propaganda, Frozen Aether, and attack restriction pieces. The win condition is delivering lethal commander or creature damage through a buffed, unblockable attacker, fueled by the constant cycle of low-cost noncreature spells that simultaneously dig through the deck and trigger Hraesvelgr repeatedly each turn.
