Merieke Ri Berit sits at the center of a control and theft strategy, tapping to steal enemy creatures and then deliberately untapping or flickering her to destroy those creatures on demand. The deck runs a suite of untap enablers like Freed from the Real and Pemmin's Aura both to repeatedly weaponize her ability and to assemble infinite mana and untap loops through Kelpie Guide and Ioreth of the Healing House. Once infinite mana is available, the deck can generate overwhelming advantage or use Halo Fountain as an alternate win condition, all while protecting the game state with countermagic, taxes, and board wipes.
