This is an Izzet spellslinger deck built around Niv-Mizzet, Visionary turning noncombat damage into card draw. A dense wall of cheap instants and sorceries triggers a crew of pingers, each dealing damage to every opponent per spell. In a multiplayer game each point dealt draws a card, and Veyran doubles the instant-and-sorcery triggers. Cost reducers, rituals and red-mana generators let the huge hand chain spells together storm-style. The draw then feeds itself through the other Niv-Mizzets and Curiosity, whose draw-to-damage loops produce effectively infinite damage. How it wins: It burns opponents out through repeated spell-triggered pings and direct burn, ideally assembling a Niv-Mizzet draw-damage loop (Parun or Firemind with Curiosity, or Parun with Visionary) that draws through the library while killing the table. Key roles: - Spell-cast pingers: Creatures that deal damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature or instant/sorcery spell is cast. Under Niv-Mizzet, Visionary each of these turns into multiple cards drawn per spell, and Veyran doubles the instant/sorcery triggers. (Longshot, Rebel Bowman, Kessig Flamebreather, Urabrask // The Great Work) - Draw-damage infinite loops: The other Niv-Mizzets convert each card drawn into a point of damage, closing a loop with Niv-Mizzet, Visionary or with Curiosity that draws the deck and deals near-infinite damage. Jace offers a backup win off an empty library. (Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Curiosity, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries) - Cheap cantrips and burn fuel: Low-cost card selection and direct damage spells are both triggers for the pingers and draw engines in their own right. Each-opponent burn draws several cards at once under Niv-Mizzet, Visionary. (Boltwave, Fiery Confluence, Brainstorm) - Cost reduction and ritual storm: Reducers make most spells nearly free, while rituals and red-mana engines refund mana per spell. Hand-size-scaling mana lets one giant turn cash in the drawn cards, finished off by Mizzix's Mastery recasting the graveyard. (Goblin Electromancer, The Vision and Scarlet Witch, Inner Fire) - Symmetrical damage pressure: Effects that hit every player, with no lifegain and no prevention allowed, keep a steady stream of noncreature damage reaching opponents for draws. They also generate Treasure. (Descent into Avernus, Flame Rift, Leyline of Punishment) - Interaction and engine protection: Cheap counters, bounce and spot removal protect the dragon and the combo turn while still counting as spell triggers.
