Glarb, Calamity's Augur Commander Deck
Glarb, Calamity's Augur transforms the top of your library into a second hand, allowing you to play lands and cast high-cost spells directly from there while using its tap ability to surveil and manipulate what sits on top. The deck combines a reanimator and mill gameplan, using repeated surveil triggers to dump expensive creatures and spells into the graveyard, then reanimating them to generate overwhelming value without ever paying full cost. Because Glarb rewards casting spells with mana value 4 or greater, the deck is stocked with high-impact permanents that are equally powerful whether cast from the top of the library or cheated back from the graveyard.
