Prismari, the Inspiration Commander Deck

Prismari, the Inspiration transforms every instant and sorcery into a storm spell, so the deck focuses on chaining together cheap cantrips, rituals, and wheel effects to build a massive storm count while generating surplus mana through cost-reduction creatures and fast mana artifacts. Once enough spells have been cast in a turn, Underworld Breach enables explosive graveyard recursion loops — combining with Brain Freeze to mill everyone out or with Wheel of Fortune and Jeska's Will to generate near-infinite storm triggers. The deck closes out games through either Laboratory Maniac or Thassa's Oracle after self-milling, or by leveraging the enormous storm count to overwhelm opponents with copied spells.
