This deck is a Vehicles-matter build. Kotori sets every Vehicle's crew to 2, so even huge crew 6-8 machines like Consulate Dreadnought, Shorikai, Colossal Plow and Reaver Titan can be crewed by a single small creature. Each combat Kotori also grants lifelink and vigilance to the best attacker. Tap-trigger creatures, untap effects and pilot-token makers turn crewing into card draw and extra activations, while value Vehicles generate cards, mana and permanents as they connect. How it wins: It attacks with oversized and evasive Vehicles, often given flying, and backs them with combat-damage draw and Reaver Titan's 5-damage attack trigger to each opponent, while prison enchantments and counterspells slow the table down. Key roles: - Cheap crew on big bodies: Kotori lowers every crew cost to 2, so cheap Vehicles with huge stats and heavy crew costs come online for one or two small creatures. Other effects animate Vehicles without crewing at all. (Consulate Dreadnought, Colossal Plow, Peacewalker Colossus) - Tap and untap engine: These creatures profit from being tapped to crew, or untap crew members and Vehicles. One creature can crew and still use its tap ability, and Vehicles untap on opponents' turns to block. (Sanwell, Avenger Ace, Captain America, Living Legend, Mechan Navigator) - Pilot and crew generation: These cards create pilot tokens that crew as power 3, or add more bodies, so there is always enough crew for several Vehicles each turn. (Prodigy's Prototype, Shorikai, Genesis Engine, Mu Yanling, Wind Rider) - Vehicle tutoring and recursion: These cards find Vehicles, legendary creatures or artifacts, put them into play, or recast them from the graveyard to keep the fleet stocked. (From Father to Son, Oswald Fiddlebender, Emry, Lurker of the Loch) - Combat value and finishers: Attacking and connecting Vehicles draw cards, ramp, put permanents onto the battlefield, deal damage to each opponent, or give the team flying and pump. (Reaver Titan, N'Yami-Class Mother Ship, Cyberdrive Awakener) - Tax and prison control: Attack taxes, treasure-on-draw enchantments, Rhystic Study and counterspells protect the slow-building board while generating mana and cards. (Propaganda, Smothering Tithe, Mana Drain)
